SF Airlines Ramps Up Support for 2022 Fruit Shipping Season

Publisher / SF AirlinesDate / 2021-06-11

Since June, the seasonal fruit consumption boom has driven growth in express logistics demand, with SF Airlines entering the peak "Fruit Season" logistics period of 2022. To enhance the transportation efficiency and quality of fresh produce, SF Airlines has increased capacity and expanded routes to ensure smooth operations during this peak period.

On June 10, SF Airlines' 71st freighter (B757-200) officially entered service, commencing "Cherry Routes" between Dalian/Yantai and Shenzhen. These dedicated fruit transport routes seamlessly connect with SF's ground cold chain and trunk line networks, creating a complete and efficient logistics supply chain for long-distance fresh goods transportation.

Continuing its route expansion on June 11, SF Airlines deployed a B737-300 freighter to launch the new "WeiQuan=Quanzhou" route from Weihai, Shandong province. This additional air corridor provides efficient and stable logistics support for Shandong cherries to reach distant markets, helping promote the province's specialty agricultural products with guaranteed freshness, better sales and wider distribution - injecting new momentum into agricultural industry upgrading and economic development.

SF Airlines will continue expanding its aircraft fleet, route network and transportation capabilities to provide premium air logistics services for the sales and distribution of specialty fresh agricultural products across different regions.
