The customer submits cargo information (including DG classification, UN codes, packaging type, etc.) for the professional team to verify compliance with aviation operational standards.


Ensure the packaging, marks, and labels comply with IATA standards, including requirements such as drop tests and stacking tests.(*The packaging and labeling should be prepared by the shipper).


Implement end-to-end cargo monitoring to ensure seamless transition from ground loading to air transportation.


Safely deliver the cargo to the destination within the promised timeframe and provide a transportation feedback report.
