Supporting the Bayberry Industry: SF Airlines Launches Taizhou's First All-Cargo Route

"Lotus blooms north of the Yangtze, while bayberries ripen south of the river." At the height of summer, the renowned Xianju bayberries from Taizhou enter their peak harvest season. To boost bayberry consumption and support the industry's high-quality development, SF Airlines has gone straight to the source, launching dedicated cargo routes from Taizhou to Ezhou and Beijing. These flights are integrated with SF Express's 2024 bayberry delivery solution, leveraging the speed and reliability of all-cargo aircraft to ensure the berries' "fresh pick, fresh delivery" promise.

In the early hours of June 18, SF Airlines' "Taizhou=Ezhou" route officially commenced operations—marking Taizhou's first all-cargo air route. Operated by a B737-300 freighter, the inaugural flight carried approximately 12 tons of fresh bayberries, arriving at Ezhou Huahu International Airport after a 1.5-hour flight. Leveraging SF's Ezhou hub for rapid "air-to-air" and "air-to-ground" transfers, coupled with seamless door-to-door logistics, these berries were expected to reach consumers across China by midday on the 18th.

Throughout this year's bayberry season, SF Airlines will continue operating dedicated "Bayberry Flights" from Taizhou, projected to provide over 100 tons of air freight capacity. This initiative aims to:
