SF Airlines Global Competition for livery Design Schemes for Painting its Boeing 747 Freighter

由顺丰航空有限公司主办、Arting365创意擂台承办的“顺丰航空747全货机涂装设计全球征集大赛”自上线以来，受到全球范围内众多设计爱好者的积极响应与大力支持，经过为期31天的征集，大赛共收到来自10余个国家和地区的1210份投稿作品，再次感谢大家的积极参与！

Since the launch of " SF Airlines Global Competition for livery Design Schemes for Painting its Boeing 747 Freighter " organized by SF Airlines Co., Ltd. and undertaken by Arting 365 Creative Arena, design lovers all over the world actively participated in and strongly supported the competition. Through the works soliciting that last for 31 days, 1210 works from over 10 countries and regions are collected. Thank you for your active participation!

大赛评委由多位设计领域资深专家评委及主办方技术专家评委组成，本着公平公正的原则对大赛投稿作品进行了多轮评选，最终获奖名单如下，特此公告。

The competition judges consist of multiple senior expert judges in the design field and technical expert judges of the organizer, in the principle of justice and fairness, there are several rounds of evaluation on the submitted works. The winning works are hereby announced as follows.

由于入围作品均未达到“丰速创意大奖”的评奖标准，故此奖项空缺。同时增加1个“优秀创意大奖”的获奖名额。

Since all the shortlisted works fail to meet the evaluation standards of "SF Speed  Creative Award", this award is vacant. One quota for the "Excellent Creative Ideas Award" is added.

另结合知识产权风险评估，取消原入围的366号作品的获奖资格并不再替补新的作品，特此说明，在此感谢大家的监督与支持！

Combining with the evaluation of intellectual property risks, no new works will substitute the canceled shortlisted No. 366 works . Thank you for your supervision and support!

* 优秀创意奖获奖作品已通过复赛完成作品优化，相应作品标题已更新。

* The works of Excellent Creative Ideas Award have passed the playoff and optimized their works. The titles of corresponding works are updated.

* 获奖作品作者参赛时已接受《大赛获奖作品知识产权转让承诺书》。

* The designers of the winning works have accepted the Letter of Commitment on the Transfer of Intellectual Property in Award-winning Works when participating the competitition.

* 因参赛作品导致的知识产权纠纷，其法律责任由作者承担，直接责任范围包括但不限于：1、权利人的权利主张及侵权索赔；2、主办方的侵权索赔；3、获奖证书、奖金的退还；4、立即停止侵权、公开道歉、恢复被侵权人声誉等。5、其他法律责任。

For the intellectual property disputes of the works, the legal liability shall be borne by the designers. The direct liability includes but not limited to: 1. The claims of rights of the obligee and infringement claim; 2. Claims of compensation of the organizer; 3. The return of certificate of award and bonus; 4. Stop infringe at once, apologize in the public and resume the infringed person's reputations and so on. 5. Other legal liability.

* 主办方将于获奖名单公布后7个工作日内与获奖者联系，沟通奖金及获奖证书发放事宜。

* The organizer will contact the winners in 7 working days after the announcement of the awards winners about the bonus and issue of the certificates of awards.
